Cal Rise increase the hardness in your hot tub water. This is a granular version and is recommended to premix it before adding to the water. Cal Rise is a pH neutral product. Should maintain at required level as more concentration would create scale formation with cloudy water where as low calcium would create soft water with more foaming.

Test the total hardness of spa water.
Follow the table reading at the back of the bottle to add based on volume and total Calcium hardness ppm of your hot Tub.
